Check-in international standard is 14:00. According to the availability in the hotel, rooms can be given earlier.
It is possible to check-in before the tournament and check out later at the same price.
Parents can accompany the groups.
Checkout international standard is 12:00. All teams must check out by 12:00.
After confirmation registration for the tournament, participants need to send us information about the count of people, dates of arrival and departure, and age groups that will participate.

Deadline for registration is 25.11.2026

The rules of the International Badminton Federation (BWF) will be applied in the competitions.
The competitions will be held using a “Group + Elimination” system.
One athlete can compete in a maximum of 2 categories.
The competitions will be held in 5 categories:
1. Men’s Singles
2. Women’s Singles
3. Men’s Doubles
4. Women’s Doubles
5. Mixed Doubles
Advanced level:
- Ages 30+: Born in 1995-94-93-92-91
- Ages 35+: Born in 1990-89-88-87-86
- Ages 40+: Born in 1985-84-83-82-81
- Ages 45+: Born in 1980-79-78-77-76
- Ages 50+: Born in 1975-74-73-72-71
- Ages 55+: Born in 1970-69-68-67-66
- Ages 60+: Born in 1965-64-63-62-61
- Ages 65+: Born in 1960-59-58-57-56 and born earlier
Beginner level:
- Ages 30+: Born in 1995-94-93-92-91-90-89-88-87-86
- Ages 40+: Born in 1985-84-83-82-81-80-79-78-77-76
- Ages 50+: Born in 1975-74-73-72-71 and born earlier
If participation is low in any age group (less than 4 singles and 4 doubles), the athletes in that category will be demoted to a lower category.
Plastik balls will be provided at the competitions; athletes may play with their own balls if they wish.
Participants who arrive 5 minutes late will be considered to have forfeited the match.
In matters not specified here, the decision-making body is the organizing committee.
Athletes who finish in the top positions will be awarded medals.
