According to the availability in the hotel, rooms can be given earlier from 11:00 to 12:00.

It is possible to check-in before the tournament and check-out later at the same price.

Parents can come also with a group.

Check-out: International standard is 12:00.

All teams must give their rooms until this time.

After confirming your registration for the tournament, team need to send information about count of people, dates of coming and leaving and age groups that will be participating.

Tournament Rules

  1. If the hotel is fully booked, the organizer reserves the right to provide accommodation in another hotel of the same or a lower category.
  2. The organizer does not provide sports insurance for teams. Each team must arrange its own insurance in their own country.
  3. An ambulance and nurses are on duty at the football field throughout the day to provide first aid.
  4. All teams participating in the tournament must compete within the framework of sportsmanship and respect for each other.
  5. Fighting is prohibited during the tournament, both on and off the football field. Any team that starts a fight will be disqualified from the match, and its game will be counted as a loss. If the incident occurs again, the organizer reserves the right to completely disqualify the team from the tournament.
  6. In case of force majeure circumstances or adverse weather conditions such as storms, lightning, heavy rain, hail, etc., the organizer reserves the right to modify the match schedule or postpone games to other dates within the tournament days.
  7. Football Club (Academy, School) can take part in several teams in different age categories (groups), as well as several teams in one of the age groups. Enrolled players can only play for one team. One goalkeeper cannot play for both teams.
  8. Substitutions in competitions are unlimited. A player who leaves the game may return to the game. At the end of the match, referees may add or withhold time at their discretion.
  9. When a player receives a red card, the player leaves the field and another player enters in his place.
  10. Each team must submit an Application Form (list of the team that includes the coach and players' name, surname, date of birth, country and passport number) to the Administration of the "Antalya Friendship Cup" before the tournament. The application must be signed by the Team Leader and certified with the appropriate seals.
  11. A club, academy, or school representative must have all players' passports with them. Passport checks will be conducted before each match. Teams that fail passport checks will not be allowed to play and will be awarded a 3–0 technical defeat.
  12. The coach of the opposing team who wishes to verify the documents of another team’s players to confirm their age has the full right to submit a request to the organizer for a player document check for that match.
  13. A protest regarding the age discrepancy of players may be submitted to the organizer before the match or immediately after its completion. In case players older than the allowed age category are found on the field, the team that violated the tournament rules will be given a forfeit loss with a score of 3–0.
  14. If the teams go to the game in T-shirts of the same color, then the team “standing” second in the schedule (program) of the games must change the T-shirts to another color. Each team must have at the tournament two sets of uniforms of different colors (light and dark). All teams must be ready to participate in the game at least 15 minutes before it starts.
  15. All teams must have their own balls and equipment for pre-game warm-ups. The Organizing Committee provides the ball only for the official match.
  16. Team leaders are responsible for the discipline and behavior of their fans, the parents of the players who “cheer” for their teams.
  17. If two or more teams in a group are tied on points, the following criteria will be taken into account:
    • The difference between goals scored and conceded in all matches in the group will be used as the basis for determining the final score.
    • The highest number of goals scored in all matches in the group.
    • The number of wins in all matches in the group.
    • In the event of a tie, lots will be drawn.
    • The teams finishing first and second in their subgroups will advance to the semifinals.
    • In the semifinal matches, the winners of the first and second pairings will advance to the final and play for 1st and 2nd place, while the losers in these pairings will play for 3rd and 4th place.
    • In the event of a tie in the semifinal and final matches, a penalty shootout will be held between 5 players.
  18. Teams finishing in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th place will be awarded cups and medals. All other tournament participants will be awarded medals only.
